Very safe. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your Diva on a Deal Coupon. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!
Do I have to sign up a bunch of Divas I know to get the deal?
No, our members make up a big enough group. You'll probably want to invite people anyway, though — Diva’s love sharing a good deal.
What happens if the Diva on a Deal doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If not enough people sign up, then the deal is cancelled, and you won't be charged. Better luck next time!
The fine print says "Limit 1 per person" and "May buy multiples as gifts." Can I buy myself some Diva on a Deal as gifts to myself and use more than one?
No. If the fine print says this, you can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people.
Do I need to use my Diva on a Deal Coupon the same day I buy it?
No. In fact, most Diva on a Deal Coupons cannot begin to be used until the day after your purchase. If you are ever able to use it on the same day, it will be specified in the deal's Fine Print
I bought a Diva on Deal coupon - how do I use it?
Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Coupon. The Coupon has redemption instructions on it!
Can I buy a Diva on a Deal coupon as a gift for someone else?
Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that Diva on a Deal coupons can be gifted, and unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away! To have us send them the gift, select the gift option at checkout.

How much sales tax should be charged when a Diva on a Deal coupon is redeemed?
Different provinces have different sales tax charged. Where you live, where you redeem your coupon and for what goods or services you redeem it may affect how the coupon is treated for purposes of taxation. It is every merchant’s responsibility to collect and remit tax as required by applicable law.
Am I charged as soon as I join a Diva on a Deal?
You are only charged if the deal reaches the required tipping point and the deal is on. If you buy a Diva on a Deal coupon after the deal has tipped (making the deal on), your credit card will be charged immediately upon purchase.
Can I return a Diva on a Deal coupon?
If you are not satisfied with the goods and service you receive, you will receive a full refund within 30 days with a written request.
What if I change my mind and no longer want my Diva on a Deal coupon?
Good news! You can cancel or edit your own purchase up until midnight on the day you bought it! If you can no longer edit your own purchase, simply contact us at info@divaonadeal.com. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What if the business for my Diva on a Deal closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your coupon, we'll make sure you get your money back.
What happens if my Diva on a Deal coupon's promotional value expires?
All is not lost! If your coupon's promotional value expires, you can always redeem it for the amount paid. For more information about expiration dates and voucher values, read our Term of Service.
How will tickets be distributed and how will my seat be assigned?
It depends. Read the offer’s Fine Print and other applicable terms carefully before you buy tickets. Tickets are usually distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at ticket pick up. Seating may be assigned on a first-purchased, first-served basis.
Can I get a refund?
Only if you act quickly! Unlike most vouchers that you purchase through Diva on a Deal, tickets purchased through coupon are only refundable on the day of purchase.
May I change the name of the person who can use the ticket?
If you need to change the name on a Diva on a Deal coupon voucher, you can contact our customer service team at (855) 348-2335 or info@divaonadeal.com. Until one day prior to the event. Please note that requests to change the name on a ticket will not be honored if they are submitted less than 24 hours before the event.
Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?
Generally, no. We only remove comments when someone is making personal attacks or engaging in other conventional forms of trolling.

If your friend makes their first Diva on a Deal purchase within 72 hours from the time they click on the referral link you send them, we'll send you an email to tell you that we've put $10 in Diva on a Deal Bucks in your account.
What if the person I refer subscribes to the site - any love for that?
Of course! If someone you refer subscribes within 72 hours, you'll receive $10 in Diva on a Deal Bucks whenever they make their first purchase.
Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes!
